Upon graduating with a B.S. in Accounting\u00a0with a minor in Business Administration from college in 1985; Jon came to the Northern Virginia area. He began his career as a staff accountant located in Tyson’s Corner, VA. As part of Jon’s service in the private sector; he spent two plus years helping develop and maintain private accounting software systems including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules. Jon finished his career as a Controller for a mid-size organization before opening NVB Accounting Services, LLC then Boyd-D’Andrea Group in 2006.<\/p>\n

During his career; Jon spent a number of years in the property management industry both in the accounting department and training property management accounting systems to field personal such as Property Managers and their Supervisors. With that, Jon in essence realized that customer service is of the upmost importance to success.
